Sam Owens was extremely helpful in assisting my brother in law to get the new Totoya CH-R 2019 (in Ruby Flare color) as a birthday gift to her fiancee Sam Owens was extremely helpful in assisting my brother in law to get the new Totoya CH-R 2019 (in Ruby Flare color) as a birthday gift to her fiancee. He worked hard to make sure that my brother in law who is in active duty in South Korea was able to pick, complete the required paper work correctly and I delivered the car as the Christmas present on December 25th 2018. Toyota Camry Purchase Nightmare Purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry in June and the the vehicle I wanted didn't have the self start feature but was told I could get it installed when I was Purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry in June and the the vehicle I wanted didn't have the self start feature but was told I could get it installed when I was ready. When I eent to our k up the car, there were scuff marks throughout the vehicle. I was in a hurry and had to leave. Reached out to Darcars about the scuff Mark's and was told they would take care of it. Later I reached out about getting the self remote installed and was told I couldn't get it installed on the model I had. Let's just say I wasn't happy. A few months passed and my brakes started squeaking and there was a loud grinding noise coming from the car when I applied my brakes. Took it in for service, parts had to be ordered and I had to bring the car back when the parts came in. Got the car fixed and a month later there's still a slight grinding noise coming from the car. I'm not happy with the Camry and now 'm stuck with it. I will never buy from Darcars Frederick again. More
