He had one car ready for me to consider when I arrived at the dealership, and then let me walk through the rows of cars on the lot until I identified two others that I liked better. That was key to my buying a car from Arthur, as I felt confident I had seen pretty much everything available on the lot. Arthur explained the differences between the 2019 Camry and Corolla, the two models I was considering, and encouraged me to sit in both as long as it took to see which model felt "right" for me. He helped me test drive the Corolla I eventually purchased, and then handled all arrangements for trade in and return of plates on my old car--something I thought I would have to take care of myself. I especially appreciate that with Arthur there was no sales pressure at all, which put me at ease about making my selection and buying a new Corolla from him. More

Kwame is AMAZING! I had to buy a new car and was dreading it as I didn't want to deal with the dreadful process. First off, Kwame bonded with my 4 kids right off the ba I had to buy a new car and was dreading it as I didn't want to deal with the dreadful process. First off, Kwame bonded with my 4 kids right off the bat (he has 5 kids) and made the shopping experience fun for them which I appreciated. Second, he took the time to show me options and didn't try to sell me on one type of car. I test drove 6 or 7 cars and he explained each one of them. I then went home and did some more internet research and found a used 2015 Camry that I was going to settle for. I called him and he arranged to have it brought over from the used lot on Patrick Street. My husband wasn't with me at the time so I arranged to come back the next day to purchase it. When we came back, Kwame worked out a deal so that we could get a brand new 2018 Camry for almost the same price. He didn't pressure us to purchase it, he just knew I really wasn't excited about the 2015 one as it didn't have all the safety features I was hoping for with my 17 year old driver. We were so excited and was able to get the 2018 one. It was 10 pm when we were all done with the paper work and we knew Kwame had been at work since 8:30 am that morning. He still took the extra 20 mins to show us how to pair our phones and use all the apps. I never felt rushed at all. He even made us take a photo in front of the car with the big bow on it. I have purchased a handful of cars, but this experience was by far the best one ever! I didn't dread it at all and I can say that is because of Kwame! Thank you so much Kwame! I will be back in a year or two when my van dies on me. More
