Unexpected Experience Let me make it clear: I dread car shopping. However, my family needs had changed and I had to buy a new vehicle. I started the search online and the numerous calls began. Uff, I felt very pressured an wished I never sent inquiries. Then when I started visiting dealers I felt pressured into buying what I did not need/want. Then I got an email from Darcars manager Mr. Pierre Ndiaye who gave me his direct mobile number. I liked that he did not just called me but offered the dialogue. We were able to start the conversation via text. I felt he understood my needs so he arranged for his salesman James to meet me. From the minute I walked through the door, I was treated to the most awesome service ever. James let me speak about my needs and took me on the best test drive ever, on tbe highway and through scenic back roads. The entire time he is showing and teaching me about the vehicle features and technology but kept it jovial and easy. I fell in love with the car, a Toyota Camry, but I still wanted to see more vehicles. So with the same smile and same positive attitude he took me on another test drive. I was still undecided so we talked about a third vehicle and still he did not pressure me to buy that same night. I should mention that I also interacted with two of the dealership new employees that night and they were, as well very genuine and kind people. I reached out to James a few times the next day, told him what vehicle I wanted and met with him after work. He worked around my schedule. Then I met with Eric, the finance marine professional, who also treated me with the most respect and dignity. He knew I was on a strict budget and a nervous wreck so he did not try to sell a bunch of extras (I would have walked away if he did). He worked with me...What he offered and suggested I found reasonable. In sum, I have a beautiful vehicle that meets my family needs. My experience with Darcars Frederick is my best car experience ever. More

When I tried to look for other dealers, he asked me to come and take a look other options. In his office, he explained to us what difference between Plus, Premium, and Advanced. He took us outside, and drove the two different cars. On the roads he demonstrated to us the details of the features of the cars. Finally we were convinced that Premium was the car that met our goal and budget. Matt was the person who further explained the features of the car to us after we decided to buy a car. He was very patient to answer our questions. Toyota Prime comes with a lot of new technologies. Kwame and Matt promised us that after a few weeks they would give us some more lessons to learn. More

I really didn’t think it would even be possible given the low trade in value on my current car, the fact that I still owed on the original loan and my less than favorable credit score... But Chris Santiago took a personal approach, and the time, to really lay everything out by working those numbers like a boss and allowing me to see my options. I appreciated his warm candor and sense of humor as he spun what I was envisioning to be a negative experience into a supremely positive one. Impressed by his level of customer service, the "take a look" quickly turned us from window-shopping to serious buyers. Make story short, we walked out with a new Toyota CHR. Our experience with Kwame was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. He worked with us on our trade-in. We were still finishing up after closing hours and we did not feel rushed at all.
