When we found the right vehicle at another dealership, Kwame made sure it was in our hands the next day. Everyone at this dealership was pleasant, helpful, and finally congratulatory. Eric Hintz was low key and exerted no pressure when it was contract and money time. Matt did a great job explaining the intricate workings of the car's electronics. Finance was a breeze a no stress. There was a problem with the vehicle the very next day after I took the vehicle home and I threw a major fit. The service team steeped up to the plate and Sam even got out of his bed after hours to meet me at the dealership to address the issue. Love my new Highlander hybrid SUV. Best car buying experience I have ever had. James Thomas contacted me promptly with an appointment time. Regrettably I was late, but he was so nice about it. He went over the Highlander throughly and told me things I didn't know, and I had researched the vehicle in-depth. We went for a test drive and James went over more features. James was fantastic. I could have spent more time just talking to him about his interests, even more so after reading his bio. After test drive, Pierre and I discussed pricing. He was very easy to work with and didn't pressure me. I had not planned on agreeing to purchasing that day, but would have been hard pressed to find a better price. I got the Costco price. They did not have the exact vehicle in stock, but found it and I took it home the next day. Eric in fiance was very nice to work with and Carrie found me a portfolio and is to meet with me in a week or so to help with any questions I may have. I meet a couple other people, but not sure of their names. More

I made a mistake not to review thoroughly and signed with Eric. I found a fee that I was not aware next day and reached out to my sales manager Ernie. He and the financing manager Eric responded and would correct it. I stopped by again and could pleasantly correct it in 10 mins. Not only this, I originally signed on the lease but changed my mind. So asked if the contract could be changed to purchase from lease. Eric gladly helped me out for that too with the fee correction. I can't be more happier now and my friends are very surprise that they've done! Thank you Ernie and Eric! More

When we visited the dealership to take a look at the car and test drive it, Kwame remained attentive despite being extremely busy. During the test drive, he made sure we understood all of the car's features and correctly put them to use. He even pre-configured a lot of the Entune options for us after we made the purchase. Kwame was extremely pleasant to work with. He was very outgoing and entertaining, and that made the entire purchase experience pleasurable. Hopefully Kwame sticks around, because we'd love to have him as a salesman the next time we're looking for a new car. Chris Santiago was also a blast to work with when we worked out our financing options. He didn't waste our time with unnecessary add-ons and gave us his honest opinion about the benefits of an extended warranty. As a bonus, he let us rock out to Beastie Boys while working out the payment. More

I was forced into buying a vehicle after my car was totaled while in the shop to have my brake pads checked. I went to Darcars just to check to see what kind of price tag was on the Tundra. Kwame worked with me and did everything he could to get me the best deal and needless to say my search is over thanks to him. He is professional courteous and just a friendly person. If you give him your time he will definitely give you his. Edward did my finance and had everything thing ready the morning I took delivery of my truck he was informative and was ready to show me all the options between cash rebates and APR to show Meehan the best deal would be and he to did not mind taking his time to show me the figures. At the end when you buy a vehicle it is all about the best deal but it makes it better when you add great customer service. More
