Best Car Salesman Before we test drove the car, Francis explained all the new features of the RAV 4 in order to familiarize us with the vehicle. As we were test driving the car, he continued to explain how to adjust the features to our needs. When we decided to buy a car, the car with the features and color we wanted was not in the inventory. He talked to the sales manager, Alex Ferguson, and arranged for a car from another dealership. He stayed with us until the car arrived which was after closing time. We were so impressed with his service that when we went to dinner we brought back food for his dinner. When we came to pickup the car, he explained again how to set up the car and more importantly he set up the car for our personal needs. More
