I was very pleased with him and has great communication skills. From the moment I stepped in the door, he greeted my family and I with a smile and made us feel welcomed. We reached out to several dealerships in the area but ultimately came to DARCARS Frederick as we are previous customers. Brock was patient from the start and provided us with many options. We ultimately chose a pre-owned Sequoia and couldn’t be happier with it. The buying experience was a positive one. We did have to wait for well over an hour to work with the finance office, but the reception area was a comfortable place to wait. All in all, it was a pure pleasure working with Brock and Eric.
