However, when I needed to have the vehicle serviced my opinion of DARCARS changed dramatically. I was able to easily make a next day appointment. I was early to my appointment, but I was welcomed and helped right away regardless. The assistant service manager, Kenny Rogers, is who I had the pleasure of working with. The level of customer service and professionalism displayed by Kenny made the entire experience as enjoyable as it could be. I got the impression that the entire service department here knows exactly how to take care of customers. My questions were answered and my vehicle was serviced. Sam the Man!! Once again Darcars Toyota Frederick is our choice for the purchase of a new Toyota vehicle. Sam Owens, our sales consultant, did an outstanding job Once again Darcars Toyota Frederick is our choice for the purchase of a new Toyota vehicle. Sam Owens, our sales consultant, did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of a new 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE. During our visit, my wife and I wanted to explore the different models of the Highlander. Sam was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, had a great sense of humor, and most importantly extremely patient, but not pushy. Sam explained the pros/cons of each of the levels, listened to our comments and questions, offered his suggestions, and patiently helped guide us through the process. In addition to Sam, I would like to thank Kevin Ignasiak, Sales Manager, for his assistance. He reviewed our previous purchase history at Darcars and offered us a price that could not be beat. For financing, we were helped by Eric Hintz, a Marine veteran and Herb Ray an Army veteran. Eric explained all of our financing options. He was thorough and patient guiding us through the process of financing the vehicle. He was even able to beat the financing rate I had from another financial institution. The day we picked up the vehicle, Herb made the completion of the paperwork an easy smooth process. In summary, I highly recommend that you visit Darcars Toyota Frederick for the purchase of a vehicle. When you visit, ask for Sam Owens to be your sales consultant.
