Sam made the process a breeze, showed us the vehicle and explained how everything worked, he was really patient and kind and made the experience the best we had ever had buying a new vehicle. I would recommend Sam without reservation to anyone looking for a new Toyota, he knows all the Toyota vehicles and we even found out about features we didn't know we had in our Camry and we have had it for three years!! My Truck and I were Forgotten Nearly four hours for an oil change, air filter change, and two other minor services. Decided to see what was going on and found my truck parked in t Nearly four hours for an oil change, air filter change, and two other minor services. Decided to see what was going on and found my truck parked in the lot, apparently finished. For how long? They admitted to 30 to 45 minutes but I suspect longer as I saw a lot of folks come and go during my four hour wait. Receipt said their free car wash was completed. Not true. And I have two hand prints on the hood to prove it. Then they could not find my keys so I got to spend an extra fifteen minutes after I paid as they searched for them. Stellar performance today, Toyota, stellar performance. More

Very Happy with 2018 Highlander XLE We visited several different dealerships to try out the Highlander, Mazda CX-9, and the Ford Explorer. The Highlander was the best of the bunch, in ou We visited several different dealerships to try out the Highlander, Mazda CX-9, and the Ford Explorer. The Highlander was the best of the bunch, in our opinion and then it came down to finding out the best price for the package we wanted. After comparing other dealers offers to DARCARS Toyota of Frederick, DARCARS made it a much easier choice. There was very little haggling to be done because they came in at a fair price to begin with. We would recommend pricing out your car with Kelley Blue Book so that you have more buying power, as you still need to negotiate the price. The website recommended by the dealer, we did not find helpful. Our sales person Francis was great throughout the test drive and explaining the features of the car. Francis was great with helping us get in and out quickly, once we had decided to go with them. We would recommend this dealership and Francis to those interested in buying a Toyota. Finance guys were helpful, fast, and matched a better rate that we would have been able to get using external financing. More
