Not only did I buy a great car with an amazing deal but I made a new friend. Tyler Jennings was phenomenal from start to finish. I was not thrilled about buying a new car after mine was killed by a deer; but Tyler took his time with me and let me complain about my woes. He showed me a few cars all while keeping my needs in mind. The car I wanted was not available with black interior so Tyler arranged for one with the specifications I wanted to be driven down from Rockville. He sat with and chatted about life while i waited on the finance manager. He gave me some good tips on restaurants and we exchanged fun stories. Honestly I didn't expect anything like this when I first arrives so I was blown away. I would recommend Tyler to anyone buying a new car. He is not pushy or overly concerned with selling you the most expensive car on the lot. Now let's get to Eric Hintz, the finance manager. He was just as warm and welcoming as Tyler. He joked around with me and engaged in my witty banter willingly. He made the financing process seamless and fun. Eric knew what payment I was trying to stay around and worked with me to get it there. In the end he pointed out some valuable items I would benefit from adding on but did not push me into any of them. We settled on a great payment with a few added options that I could not live without. He explained the next steps in the process and answered all of the weird questions I had with a pleasant attitude. These two men were really remarkable and made my first solo car buying experience a dream. Ok. I may be gushing but this trip was definitely gush worthy. More
