Matthew Trussel is an outstanding sales representative with tremendous product knowledge. He went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with my vehicle (despite my indecision, this is my first Toyota), and then took the time to guide me through ALL the functions of the vehicle once it was delivered. Chris in finance was also a great help since I was quite prepared to purchase my vehicle with a large down payment, but he clearly explained the terms, we determined what amount of mileage would be necessary, and the benefits of leasing since I am a small business owner (I did cross reference with a friend and they agreed). Overall, I am very pleased with the experience. Everyone I came in contact with was always pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be a return customer! More

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! First off, Matt Trussell in sales went far above and beyond to help get me into a car that I would love and could afford. He answered every question I had and let me know different options that I had. The finance manager, Jeffrey is the best! He also went above and beyond to get me a great financing deal that worked for me. Most of the process between Matt and Jeffrey were completed via email and telephone, so when I came in to sign papers and pick up my car, I was there for less than an hour. I've always been a Toyota loyalist, but DarCars Frederick now has a customer for life and someone that will always refer my friends to their dealership. More
