However, it didn't stop there. I was also introduced to Chris Santiago who walked me through the financial portion of my car. He also had the most ravishing beard I have saw. Very friendly; Above and Beyond Service! While driving through Frederick on my way back to Ohio. I noticed my back license plate had fallen off. Since I have a Toyota, I stopped in DARCARS to see if they could help. I was immediately greeted by Bob Coope who went above and beyond in helping me. This turned out to be a job for their service department as my bolts needed to be removed and new holes needed to be drilled. He took care of this no charge to me. He even ran my SUV through the car wash! Bob's friendly and caring demeanor to me and my two kids was very much appreciated. This is truly an example of "paying it forward!" More
