Leased a new Toyota Corolla I had a great experience. David Whitesell took me for a test drive and let me know about some of the features of the car, then set me up with someone I had a great experience. The salesman, Jimmy Saechao, asked helpful qu I purchased a new car over the Thanksgiving weekend. This was the best car buying experience of my life. The salesman, Jimmy Saechao, asked helpful questions about my interests, but never pressured me to make a decision. He gave me time to think and compare available vehicles. He even offered to find other options that were not in his inventory. The finance manager explained various options, again with no pressure to purchase additional options. The sales manager Jessy Torreyson offered a very fair trade in on my car and gave me a fair price on the new vehicle. I appreciated be treated with respect and as a person they wanted a long term relationship with, rather than pushing me to close a deal. I will definitely go back for my next car purchase. More

He was extremely patient while I test drove 4 different packages and colors of the vehicle that I wanted, and was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I had great conversations (both, about the vehicle and other everyday topics) with the salesperson, the finance person with whom I worked, the sales manager, and several other staff. I am very much looking forward to dealing with these folks for the duration of time that I own this vehicle, and I would not hesitate to go back for any future vehicle purchases. They were all patiently persistent as they allowed us to shop for several days over a three week period offering various solutions for our consideration. While it was clear they all wanted to make a deal, we never felt pressure - only confidence from the entire team that they could earn our business. Ultimately, we were sold on the Rav 4 and signed our first lease contract. I remain convinced that we got a great deal and will enjoy the continued relationship with Darcars Service Department. More

My First Truck When I arrived to the dealership Dave met me in the parking lot and was very friendly. I could tell he was new but answered all of my questions that he could. The vehicle that I decided on after a couple test drives was a certified used Toyota Tacoma. I asked both Dave and Jesse if the certified used Toyota came with a 7 year 70,000 mile warranty from the time I would purchase it. They both told me it did, weather I miss under stood them or not I am not sure. When I went to the finance department I was disappointed to find out that a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty would cost me $2,200 and I could not even get a 7 year warranty. ( now I know Toyotas don't need a warranty but I always like the peace of mind). I can not remember the finical guys name but he had a big beard and I found him kind of rude. Anyways After I singed all of the paper work and went to leave I found a minor dent and rust spot on the back bumper of my truck. I asked Dave if I could get it fixed, I could tell he was unsure when he told me no at first but after taking to Jesse with him I was able to have the bumper fixed. Dave was very good with following up with me after I bought my truck, making sure I was happy with my purchase. I would say over all I was satisfied with my purchase and I love my tuck. Dave was helpful even though he was newer. It was very nice to have a salesman who wasn't too pushy or overbearing. I would just say thank you Dave for all your help. More

The 2015 AWD Toyota RAV4 was what we decided to go with and so I started what I was expecting to be a long very unpleasant process of buying a new car. I know a lot of 5/5s can seem like self-promoting BS but this is not the case here. I could not have been more satisfied with every part of the experience I had with Darcar's Toyota in Frederick. Jesse Torreyson, David Sanita, and Arthur Hamlet made me feel like a valued customer. They did not pressure me to buy anything and were very open and honest with what was and was not a good deal.
