2015 Camry XSE We were greeted by Dave Whitesell during our initial car shopping in the first week of December . My wife and I returned the following week end and as We were greeted by Dave Whitesell during our initial car shopping in the first week of December . My wife and I returned the following week end and asked for Dave since he has the original sales person we had met . We could tell he was a little new at this but Dave did an excellent job at meeting our needs and going out of his way to find and bring back the specific car we wanted ! Dave may be new at Darcars but will be an asset for years to come. Not big on sales people but Dave did an exceptional job at selling us our 3rd Toyota ! Thanks again Dave. Thanks also to David Sanita in finance he also made the experience less painful. More

Wonderful first car buying experience! I was looking to buy my first car and really liked the Toyota Corolla. I had been looking around at different dealerships and decided to go into DARCA I was looking to buy my first car and really liked the Toyota Corolla. I had been looking around at different dealerships and decided to go into DARCARS to speak with someone about my options. I was greeted by Daniel and we instantly had a good connection. He was so friendly, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. I had seen the Corolla in a color that their location did not have. Daniel had the car and color that I wanted there the next day!! I was sold! His customer service was beyond wonderful and he was never pushy about making a decision. He gave me time to drive it and talk to my parents. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the process to help me buy my first car. Then, I went over to Finance and spoke with Chris. He was also wonderful! Chris really took the time to show me my options for payment and was VERY patient with me. Since this was my first car and a huge decision for me, the financial side took me a little longer to process and work through. We were there way past their closing time and Chris made sure that we were taken care of and not rushed. While I was meeting with Chris, Daniel and one of the shop guys were out detailing the car! It looked beautiful - they did such a good job! Unfortunately it was raining that night so I had to drive out into the rain but I was so appreciative of everything that everyone did for me! I have nothing but good things to say about this location and their employees! Thank you again!! More

Conscientious, polite and fair! I knew what I wanted and how much I could afford. First contacts were James W. And Dave W. by email. Email was professional and free of "sales gimmicks". When I entered the dealership everyone was hospitable and welcoming...which is obviously part of their job...but still, it was nice! During the process Dave W. kept to my initial constraints and did not try to push me into a more expensive vehicle. I appreciate that! Financing also went smoothly. I had misplaced the title for my trade in, so I needed to visit the MVA to request a duplicate. Waiting for my title could have taken a few days if Jeff G. hadn't written a letter in my behalf to expedite the process. I was able to get my title literally over the counter! Overall, great experience! More

My first car! I came from Virginia to Maryland to buy my very first car from Dave. He was super helpful and nice. Dave followed up the next day with me and I know if I have any questions in the future, he will be able to help me out with answers. The salesman, Jimmy Saechao, asked helpful qu I purchased a new car over the Thanksgiving weekend. This was the best car buying experience of my life. The salesman, Jimmy Saechao, asked helpful questions about my interests, but never pressured me to make a decision. He gave me time to think and compare available vehicles. He even offered to find other options that were not in his inventory. The finance manager explained various options, again with no pressure to purchase additional options. The sales manager Jessy Torreyson offered a very fair trade in on my car and gave me a fair price on the new vehicle. I appreciated be treated with respect and as a person they wanted a long term relationship with, rather than pushing me to close a deal. I will definitely go back for my next car purchase. More

Leased a new Toyota Corolla I had a great experience. David Whitesell took me for a test drive and let me know about some of the features of the car, then set me up with someone I had a great experience. Getting the lease terms agreed upon was a quick process and I was out of the door quickly. Both David's were friendly and not pushy and made it a smooth experience.
