I was shopping for a new Prius Five for several months contacting numerous dealerships in the MD/VA area. I started emailing Jeff G. and he was very willing to help with all my inquiries. Just before Thanksgiving a number of deals started and I went to Darcars with a competitor's offer in hand asking them to beat it. David S. took the number from me, ran it through his calculator and ensured me that he could beat it. Kent S. prepared the new car for a test drive while I was waiting for Jeff to arrive and take over. After a short test drive with Jeff I decided that I wanted to seal the deal that very day. I also had a trade-in and after a bit of haggling (always be prepared to do that when buying cars) we agreed on a deal that was acceptable for me. Then Jesse T. took me into his office to finalize the paper work and man, there was a lot of it. He was very helpful explaining several service packages and made the process as simple as possible for me. After a total of about three and a half hours I was sitting in my shiny new Prius driving to work and happy that I got such a nice car for a good price. They even threw in an iPad mini... All in all I would be happy to buy another car there but let's hope that won't be necessary for several years. More

Our daughter was home from college for Thanksgiving Break and my wife and I decided to take her to DARCARS Toyota of Frederick to look at both used and new cars. Our daughter was under the impression we were just looking at the possibility of purchasing a used car within the next 6 to 8 months. We were introduced to Kent Swanson and he explained both the pros and cons of buying either a used or new Corolla. Our daughter test drove both cars to experience the differences between the two cars. Kent was extremely professional and patiently answered all our questions. There was no pressure to make a decision and Kent made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. My daughter was completely surprised, shocked and extremely happy when we decided to purchase the new Corolla. Kent and the staff went the "extra mile" by making sure the car was ready before going over all the features on the car with my daughter. Kent treated my daughter as if she was his own and made the entire experience enjoyable. I have now bought three Toyota vehicles and working with Kent and DARCARS was the best experience by far. After seeking a Certified Camry Hybrid with low mile, my wife and I found only a few at 3 dealerships. All were very close to being the same in mile, options that we wanted and price. Darcars was a bit higher, farther and doesn't offer free oil changes however, what it came down to was MIKE SLICK! We paid more than the others however when it comes down to it, Mike is a professional who shows respect patients and compassion for the major process of buying a car.
