We recently purchased a Sienna from Joe and throughly enjoy the car! I have been able to call him with any questions I have and he reminds me when it is time for my first service (even made the appointm enjoy the car! He was able to easily explain bluetooth to me (volunteered to hook it up himself, but I got it!) and all the great things my car can do for me. He emailed me when the plates were ready and I just drove in and they installed them on my car for me (including a mounting bracket for the front plate). I had throughly researched the car I wanted before I went in and was pretty informed. He never talked down to me and I have walked out of many other dealerships who did not want me (as a female) as a customer. At the end of the day, this dealership has gone above and beyond for me.
