I called at 10:00 approx. after seeing the car online. The car I was interested in, was at the another Toyota of Frederick location. "No problem" Jason said "I'll have it here by 11:30", and it was! The car looked good and I think my youngest daughter will love it. Also, I needed a hub cap for my other daughters 2006 Corrolla. The parts dept. was great too, they had it in stock for a 2006 model, all I can say is, WOW! I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the parts person that directly helped me, or the other parts guy that helped him, but they were both great too. More

We bought a used Mazda3 for our daughter and our sales consultant was with Jason Vaughn. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the car. I generally hate the new car buying experience, but right from the start Santos Rodriquez was both courteous and extremely helpful. I test drove the new 2013 Avalon and explained to him that I was only star from the start Santos Rodriquez was both courteous and extremely helpful. No pressure was a huge selling point for my husband and I and I knew when I could, I would be back to make a deal. On my next trip out, Santos wasn't available and Joe Newman stepped in to help answer my questions and helped me look at all the Avalons on the lot. He was pleasant and it was a fun time, especially going from car to car in the dark and rain. The next day both gentlemen were there and Joe courteously turned me back over to Santos, who helped me get the deal I wanted on my new 2013 Toyota Avalon. I love it......
