I am not big on pushy sales people - I've walked away from many - and Jason was the exact opposite. Within 3 hours, I had negotiated and purchased a 2010 RAV4 in a very comfortable setting. While not specific to Darcars, my only criticism is that the car buying process takes far too long. There's too much paperwork and the process has to be made simpler. I won't hesitate to choose Darcars in the future, though, as I'm always taken care of and treated with courtesy, respect, and the utmost level of customer service. I highly recommend them! More
