The Worst Dealership to buy a car in the DMV metropolitan Poor customer service. The cars here are overpriced compared to other Toyota dealerships in the area. Reaping off customers and it seems management are encouraging this behavior instead of stopping it. They mostly target customers who are minority and who are immigrants. The management including costumer's relations manager are very much aware of this unethical practice and they are doing very little to stop it. Buying a car here is like committing yourself to a self fulfilling prophecy that is already been predetermined by this company. They will sell you a car and hide the most important information about the car until the customer signs all the necessary paper work. Before you sign any paperwork here, work out the price or else you will be surprised by the amount you will have to pay. More

He told me that me the Rod would assist with specifics regarding the car and all else would be managed to the best of their abilities. Rod went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was discussed and every reasonable request was considered and met (I could not convince him to arrange for me to take delivery of a free Aston Martin Vanquish as a thank you for our purchase). LOL We have purchased a handful of new cars and I cannot imagine how we have managed to purchase automobiles in the past without having a similar experience.
