He gave us the facts about the vehicle, let us test drive alone, and answered all of our questions, without pressuring us at all! We had quite the opposite experience at another local Honda dealer, with the Manager asking us what he needed to do for us to walk out of the store with a new van that day. Mr. Rod Durden was the best, he is a great value to the Toyota of Silver Spring Location. He made my visit there so comfortable and made me a believer as i said before, my credit wasnt the best, but all the same i walked away, or rather drove away with my car. Am so happy at this point being this is the very first car in all my life that i have ever purchased whether used or new, I would recommend anyone to go there for purchase of a used or new car. I was not happy with your service department until I met Peter B. he made a big difference, no matter how many customer he has how busy he is he makes you feel that you are important.
