I recently bought a certified pre owned car from DARCARS Toyota. This was the first time I have ever bought a car from a dealership and it was a stress-free experience. He showed us some options, let us test drive the ones we wanted to, and then gave us our space to make a decision - or not. There was no pressure. After we went away and made a decision, he and his manager worked with us to get a price we were happy with. We drove off the lot that day with our shiny new car. The financial services manager, Wahab Lodin, was friendly and courteous, but we felt that he got us to buy an extra warranty we probably didn't need. We also didn't like the fact that we had to finance the car to get discounts or tax credits, and that we were not given the sticker that appears on the inside of cars showing the price, etc. The dealership seemed very busy and we had to wait a long time for each step in the process, for which the staff apologized. Overall, however, it was a pretty good experience. More

Right up front he said he would match any price of competing dealerships and then worked with Sales Manager Eric Johnson to get me a lower price. I had planned to check out three similar cars at three different dealerships. DARCARS Toyota was my first stop and after talking to Darryl Jefferson, I never made it to the other two dealerships. He worked with me to enable me to get the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. He followed up through the purchase and in getting the car ready for me.
