He gives great advice and makes the whole situation tolerable, if not enjoyable (an experience I have not had elsewhere); generally, I dread getting car maintenance or fixed up, but with Peter I always know I am getting the best service, the best prices, and comprehensive care. Unfortunately, my car has been damaged once or twice and had various warning lights go off. It is easy to make an appointment online or by phone with Darcars Toyota and Peter is always there to help. He does not just tell me what to do, rather, he gives me all the information and all possibile options and helps me make an informed decision about what course of action to take. Darcars also has wifi and a business center with outlets and desks, so I can be productive while I wait. Peter usually gets me out of there in a reasonable amount of time.
