I am aware that this type of experience is aggravating. We obviously didn’t deliver the level of service you deserve. I would like to look into this matter more for you. Unfortunately, I have tried to work with your Customer Service Manager Sherlene Lucas and your used car manager in trying to resolve my situation. The total required work that was needed to be done as quoted by my toyota dealership was about $367.00 to me the unsatisfied customer. I can only imagine that it would be significantly less had Darcars taken responsibility. As I shared with Sherlene, given technology and social media today, a business should never disregard legitimate customer service issues. I am sure that my review, in the long run, will have more of a negative impact to your company's bottom-line than the $367.00 that it has decided it will not pay to address my issue. The marginal benefit weighed against the marginal cost made it seem like the right thing to do; but I guess that such evaluations are not done at the manager level or your managers are not empowered outside the scope of hardline/hardwired respones. Instead, the company takes a defensive posture and maintain a "too-bad, so sad" perspective towards customers once the sale is final. I hope to continue to share my experience on other Dealership rating sites in the hope that other customers may not experience the issues that I have had to put up with from your dealership.
