It was washed and given a full tank of gas and we were headed home! Averaged 56.3/MPG Rod helped me program the Navigation for Home and program my Blue tooth but, my cheap little pay as you go phone is not bluethooth ready! He was wonderful and so helpful, we will recommended Rod and the dealership to our friends. More

I showed up for an appointment to see a used car, and the sales associate was not ready for my appointment and had to be paged. The car I came in to see was not ready, and I had to wait 15 minutes for him to sales associate was not ready for my appointment and had to be paged. As he drove the car up it was making a lot of unusual noises, so right away I knew that something was wrong with the car. I asked if I could test drive the car, and if I could take it to my mechanic, who was only 10 minutes away from the dealership to have him look at it. He went inside to speak to the manager about that, and after another 10 minutes came back out with another sales rep, who said that the car was not for sale because there was something wrong with it. I then went and spoke with the manager, who was extremely rude and was constantly interrupting me while I was trying to talk to him. I wanted an explanation as to why no one had told me that the car was not for sale over the 2 days that I had been in contact with the sales rep, and he made up excuses, like that he had been busy all morning and did not have time to tell anyone it wasn't for sale, nobody knew, etc. He then told me that the sales rep, Alfred, had known about this problem the day before I even contacted him about the car, yet he did not tell me anything about the car being defective and not for sale. I had driven over 30 minutes to get to this dealership to see the car, and nobody even tried to apologize for the inconvenience it caused me. This is not the first time my family has had problems with DARCARS dealerships. Do not go to a DARCARS dealership if you are a female, ESPECIALLY this dealership. They will treat you like you know nothing about cars, and then when you show them that you do know what you're talking about, they will try to write you off. 355 Toyota Scion is a much better dealership than the Silver Spring Toyota, but even there they will also try to take advantage of you for being female.
