I had been trying to trade in my 2002 Durango and had a horrible experience at another dealership. As soon as I walked into Darcars I was greeted and attended to immediately. Everyone was very friendly, easy to talk to, and truly wanted to get you the best deal they possibly could. They never left you waiting for too long and if you were waiting they check in with you and let you know what was going on. They were very thorough in making sure that everything was done correctly,in a timely fashion, and that you were happy. I feel that the pricing was very fair and would not have found a better deal else where. I can honestly say that the overall experience was the best i've ever had at any dealership. I would definitely recommend Darcars Toyota in Silver Spring to anyone who wants to get a great deal with exceptional service. More

The staff was flexible and kind when I got lost on my way to the center. The estimate was thorough, and followed up with several phone calls to be sure I understood details of the work and the timeline for repair. Everyone I encountered was cheerful and professional - obviously taking pride in their work and finding satisfaction in the way they lightened my load. When I got it back, the car was clean inside and out, and Mr. Noell had overseen touch-up of a few spots I hadn't expected to see improvement with. I can't thank them enough. They are good examples of how to treat others and take pride in excellent work. More
We approached this dealer because they were close by. We were told the dealer had no contracts (other than financing contracts). We then went through the entire buying process and then, in the 11th hour (along with the usual pitches for add ons that too many dealers still drag customers through), out came the contract. We were absolutely stunned and furious. We demanded to speak to the manager, who refused to do anything, passing it off as salesperson ignorance! Ignorance indeed! The entire experience was awful and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. If you want a dishonest dealership, try Darcars. Otherwise I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Antwerpen Toyota. I was upset when I brought in my car for repair, afterall someone had backed into it. When I arrived Chris informed me that he would be with me shortly then reassured me that he could fix my car after he exa someone had backed into it. Hyundai was in for repair to rear bumper. Chris Noell got new bumper in before I even left off the car. However, parts sent him the wrong energy absorber and impact bar (for front not rear bumper) but h got new bumper in before I even left off the car. Not to mention, how quickly he turned things around almost immediately, while addressing a sewer breakage at the garage and maintaining our anticipated scheduled pickup time after a auto body part was delayed. Rod, the sales associate I worked with, was great. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward and worked with me on a great online discount. Charles was my finance guy, and he was also friendly and talkative which made the paperwork part of it very quick and painless. Other dealerships I visited seemed a bit too transparent and desperate. But this entire dealership had an air of quality and honesty. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process. I look forward to continuing my business with them. Thank you! :) More

State Farm arranged repair at your repair facility to coincide with a trip I was to make to the Silver Spring, MD area. Christopher was very accommodating and fast and with very short notice of my arrival coordinated repairs and delivered repaired car on May 13th, just nine (9) days after I dropped it off and less than a day or two more notice from State Farm. Everything described was accomplished perfectly! The car looks new and the finished job included a completely unexpected interior detailing! In order to meet my deadline, Christopher coordinated an all-hands effort that included himself! Christopher describes himself a "perfectionist" and praised his staff for their outstanding job. Owner drove home to Tennessee, the day after delivery . . . avoiding trucks and praying for no further hail. Owner immediately (and carefully) washed bugs and road grime off vehicle upon arriving home. Upon inspection; husband agreed -- OUTSTANDING job! I am pleased to see duty and fortitude to get the job done from the expectation of the service that Chris could and would prove to work with the insurance company and provide updates. Also smiling should be contagious as Chris will provide at all times. The plus that is not related to his professional ethics is he looks like Tom Cruise. April 8th 2011 on this day, writing these comments the insurance survey happened .Another point of reference is that Christopher Noell has great people skills.Christopher kept his word in keeping me informed as to the decision made by the insurance company and their reasoning despite logic. In addition Donald Wayne Nichols portrays hospitality that make you want to hug yourself and him also. Keep up the good work that comes naturally for you.
