I will never do business with this autogroup again. The sales staff were unfriendly, and not genuine at all. I purchased a car under the false pretense that I was approved for financing. After a month, I was notified that the financing fell through. When I returned the vehicle, the salesman stated that the car had to be inspected before they would issue a refund of down payment. I am still in the process of retreiving said funds. The salestaff has been very disrespectful and unprofessional. Steer clear of DARCARS!!!! More

By far the worst car dealership ever. I put a down payment of $1000 towards a new car that I wanted to order. Darcars thought they could find the exact car with the exact features that I wanted - so I payment of $1000 towards a new car that I wanted to order. A month later- they had made no progress in finding nor in ordering the car + features thaty I wanted. They then told me they could not ever get the car the way I wanted it... So I asked for my deposit back - they kept it an entire month after the deal was cancelled... I could not believe that they tied up my money for so long and were co uncaring about giving me my deposit back. I had given them $1000 becuase I was willing to buy a car from them... thank goodness that didn't happen. They were extremely uncaring and unkind and very poor business people as well. More

About a month later, I was contacted by Ray Alvarez that the car I had wanted was on their lot. There was no pressure to buy it (even though it was special ordered the way I had wanted), and I was offered a good deal on it with some extras added as well a good financing rate. After initially signing to buy, I got cold feet when I got home, and I asked for another week to decide. It was no problem to withdraw my initial contract (I had not yet picked up the car), and without any pressure from Darcars (even though it was the end of the month), I came back the next week and signed again when I was ready. Instead of intimidating sales pitches with an undertone of urgency to seal the deal, I appreciated the honest and laid-back approach that I received at Darcars, especially from Ray Alvarez. More
