I feel that Wayne Spears went far above the expected diligence in assisting me to purchase the truck that I actually wanted. The fact that we were dealing with someone 4 hrs away did not seem to matter diligence in assisting me to purchase the truck that I actually wanted. The fact that we were dealing with someone 4 hrs away did not seem to matter in that Wayne answered all our questions and certainly went the extra mile in making sure that everything was ready when we got to the dealership and that all negotiations that had been agreed upon were met.
