The visit strated out well. I was shopping around and I asked for an estimate which Kambiz prepared. I liked the price so I gave him $500 to bring the car I wanted to Rockville. I ultimately bought from another dealer who was able to match the Darcars price and who had the car I wanted in stock. Kambiz said my refund had to be processed through the business office and I should receive it within a week. One week turned to two then three. The last time I called he said the business office was closed and he would call me back the next day. He never called. My boyfriend went to Darcars and Kambiz said "You didn't buy the car from me! I don't have to process your refund!" My boyfriend threated to report him to Volvo headquarters and the Better Business Bureau. I picked up my check that day. Very shady business. Be careful with these people. More
