I worked with Joseph Koedros to lease my new 2013 Honda Civic and from the moment I walked through the door Joe was there to make me feel at ease. He never pressured me to look at something I did not want, but instead listened to what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that, within my budget. He treated my mother and I like we would have treated someone. My mother is in sales for an extreme luxury brand and she said the way Joe dealt with us was better than most within her industry. I wish I needed more Hondas just so I could deal with Joe more often! After the sales procedure he even accompanied me to my old car to help me move some things to the new car! Then he set up my phone with the blue tooth in my new car, showing me how to do everything the car was capable of. He went above and beyond by also setting up some speed dials for me within the car just to show me how the process was done. Joe was completely honest with us the entire time we were with him and when it comes time for my sister to upgrade her Honda lease I will make sure that she has Joe help her as well. I really cannot recommend him highly enough to others but I try my best! DCH Academy Honda is about an hour from my house and I made the long drive not knowing who would help me, now that I know how Joe treated me I would have driven much longer for service like that, he was simply incredible! The reason I gave such high marks to Academy Honda is due to the fact that they really appear to want to sell cars and not gimmicks. I visited four Honda dealerships in the area and was up front with all as to the fact that they really appear to want to sell cars and not gimmicks. I told each one that I wanted their best price and would not be coming back if another dealer came in lower. Ryan Hoey came in with an excellent deal right out of the chute which beat other dealers by almost $1,400. When I returned a week later to close on the deal, Ryan honored his orginal price and didn't try to play any games to jack up the orginal price! It was a pleasure buying a car from Academy Honda and best of all my daughter is very happy with her new car. I would recommed that anyone looking for a Honda stop here first because they blow the rest of the dealerships in New Jersey away. More
