On April 27, 2013 I entered DCH Honda Academy in Old Bridge and was immediately greeted by the Receptionist who was very friendly and professional. Soon after that, Sam Beshay greeted us with a warm an Bridge and was immediately greeted by the Receptionist who was very friendly and professional. Soon after that, Sam Beshay greeted us with a warm and friendly handshake and introduced himself to my husband and myself. From then on we felt very comfortable with him. We told him exactly what we were looking for: a new car and preferably a Pilot. He quickly escorted us to the lot where all the new vehicles are housed and taking his time with us, showed the vehicles that were available for sale. I got into a Honda Pilot and drove it around the lot and also took it for a spin in the surrounding neighborhood. My husband took it as well for a test drive and fell in love with the Pilot. Prior to test driving the car, I had a special request for Sam and that was to test drive a Pilot that I wouldn't put any miles on it if I'm going to buy it. Sam agreed wholeheartedly. So after our test drive, we decided that we would not want any other car but the Pilot. Mind you, we were at three other Honda dealers (Planet Honda and Madison Honda) that same morning before coming into our neighborhood Honda dealer. After deciding on a color for our Pilot, Sam took us to the warehouse where we were able to view all Honda vehicles and found my "BEAUTIFUL HONDA PILOT" and in the color I wanted. Sam was so patient with us and so professional from the viewing of the vehicles, to the processing of our sales application and all the way through until we drove out with our Honda Pilot. He answered any and all of my questions in relations to the purchase of the car and the financing process with such familiarity. Needless to say, we received a great deal on the purchase of our Pilot as well as an incredibly low interest rate. Thank you Sam for your courteous and professional demeanor. If we should ever again be in the market for another Honda, (we have two other Honda vehicles already from the same dealer), we will surely look for Sam Beshay. [Second Comments] I would like revise my previous commands about DCH Used car center, as I received a call from Sales Manager Arcila, Ruben and Modzelewski, Peter stating that they ready to make arrangements to provide one more master key (Ignition key with Remote) and Key Number Tag @ free of cost (They sent email confirmation too). Ruben did ask apologized for the mistake happened and listened my concerns completely. Thanks Ruben and Peter for promptly response. I am ready give you complete positive feedback if the issues have been resolved smoothly. [First previous comments] Last week I went to DCH used car sales in old bridge. Sales person Gerry Bruno was showing the cars. While seeing the cars he was not honest enough to give all details about the car. The car which I did test drive and liked, doesn’t have two master keys, but he didn’t tell me this during dealing and he didn’t even tell before making the final settlement this week. The sales person Gerry Bruno just gave only one master and valet key, the moment i took the car from delivery line. I was really surprised and unhappy. He simply said 'it has only one master key. Some cars has few and other cars don’t'. I didn’t expect this reply from sales person of reputed dealer show room. I didn’t have any other option other than taking the car as I paid them entire amount and I was eagerly waiting for 2 hours (till 9.10 PM) with my wife and baby to take the car. Others please make sure that the cars which they showing have all required accessory which is supposed to be for that model. if it all that car missing some, have that in mind while doing price negotiation. I believe after seeing my comments someone from dealer give me the proper response and make necessary arrangement to provide the master key. More
