I hear many stories of people going else where and having to deal with sales men that are like sharks, but I was lucky not to experience that at DCH Academy Honda. Freddy from their Finance Department, was very kind and professional as well. He made sure to get me the best deal he can and within my budget. I needed a new car and had been to many dealers looking at all different cars. I wanted a car along the lines of a Hyndai Elantra or a Honda Civic. Hyndai was not a good experience. In that time Marcia was the only dealer who did not badger me. She would occasionally send me emails to touch base but was not overbearing. I knew before I went to look and test drive that I was going to buy a Honda and that it would be with Marcia. She has exceptional knowledge and did not force anything on me that I did not want. She worked with me to get a deal together that worked for everybody and made my first car purchase on my own a pleasurable one. I would definitly reccomend this dealer to anyone who does not want the run around. More
