We dreaded going to a car dealership, because of the stereotypes you hear about car sales reps and car dealerships in general and their questionable reputation. We selected to go to DCH Academy because of a high recommendation from my brother who recently bought a Honda Pilot here as well and also recieved a great deal and experience here! The staff there were very PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. We were very FORTUNATE TO GET Mr. PAUL PAPIS as our sales representative. We also had the pleasure to work with Mr. Tian & Mr. Mark Kamatoy as our internet sales rep., whom were all also very courteous and professional. Mr. Papis was very considerate of our needs and we instantly felt that he was genuine - meaning that he was very upfront and honest with all his answers that he gave us when we had any questions. He was COMMITTED and readily available in helping us get the best affordable car that fits or needs. He went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable in our car buying experience. We were never pressured into making any decisions on the spot. We confess, we did go to other dealerships to scout for the best deal for our Honda CRV EX purchase. We recieved other great offers from other dealerships, but Mr. Papas worked with us and he was able to get us a comparable/best price, which we were VERY pleased. We actually knew we wanted to make the sale with Mr. Papas regardless, because of our initial contact with him...he was simply trustworthy!
