Me and my wife recently leased a 2010 Honda Odyssey from this dealership, this was our first purchase from this dealership. When I called for price quote and vehicle availability the call was answered by Ch this dealership, this was our first purchase from this dealership. He gave me a price quote promptly which looked pretty reasonable, he was very nice and honest while giving the quote. When we arrived at the dealership we were told that Khalil Qureshi will be our sales person. He was very friendly, caring and easy to work with; he explained every detail about the vehicle. The buying process was very quick, with no surprises and pressure. The finance manager Hussain was also very friendly and helpful. He did offer some warranty programs which I declined but he simply said that was fine; we continued signing the papers as there is a lot of paperwork involved with leasing. This was the most pleasant car dealership experience I have had so far in my life. I am definitely going to recommend this dealership to my fiends and family. More

I went to another Honda dealer close to my house and placed the order for specific model and color, however after multiple promises to find it for me I received the phone call from sale person evening before my wife birthday saying they were not able to get the color I requested and offered another one(which my wife dislike). I was really upset and didn't know what to do. Next morning I decided to call other dealers and check if anyone can get me the car within few hours. All guys were great, they called me with updates about their progress constantly, and around 4pm I received the good news.Mark told me they found color I requested in Paramus and I could pick my car following morning. I explained to him that I need it tonight, he put me on hold for about a minute and then said "OK, not a problem". Michael and other guys drove to Paramus and by 7pm I had new car for my wife. Thank you all for pleasant experience and for not letting me down. More

The pricing is honest, the transaction proceeds quickly and smoothly, and you do not feel pressured to make unnecessary purchases that you do not want. Our salesman, Edward Moy, was very friendly and helpful. When I returned the following day to to retrieve my other vehicle and expressed minor dissatisfaction with the way the car had been cleaned the night before, Mr. Moy immediately bought me to the service area; and when they were very busy, he recleaned the windshield himself! You don't find customer care and service like that every where!! More

I was prepared for some sort of haggling as most dealers love to change the terms at the last minute, but that was not the case here. Andy Lau was my sales person and he was easy to work with. He answered my questions patiently and I felt no pressure. When I was negotiating the price of the car over email before visiting him, Andy was very detailed with with his responses, so that made be feel comfortable that there would be no surprises when I went into purchase. I did have another offer from a different dealer that was a bit less in price, but I sensed that they were not being totally honest with me. So I decided to take Andy's price, although a bit higher, and save myself the stress and haggling. It was a good decision. The finance manager was also easy to work with. He did offer several extended warranty programs, but I declined his offer, and he simply said that was fine and we moved onto signing the papers for the car. The dealership was an hour drive from my home, but it was well worth it. As long as this dealership's pricing continues to be competitive, I will not hesitate to buy from them again knowing that they will deliver what they promise. More

I learned of your dealership from autotrader.com. I viewed a minivan online & called the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Edward Moy.
