Hi Ruben, I would not like to pursue this matter any further. My experience at DCH Academy Honda Pre Owned cars department was not good by any chance and I have shared whatever I had to. As I have mentioned earlier, John was less than courteous to help me buy the car. It started off with a 20 mins wait in the car lot. Luckily, I had the company of cars and I went around looking for various car models. Then the test drive, he was too nervous about my driving and tried to correct me every time. I have driven a car for over 10 years now and very well aware of driving and road signs. His attitude was too bad . After returning from test drive, i wanted to discuss the price with my friend and John did not give me a second to decide. His immediate question was "You want to buy it or not ? I got other people waiting to buy", The other party had not even take a test drive. That was just too harsh. I wanted to check on financing options and he was not helpful either. Probably he assumed I could not afford the car. I was looking to buy a used car because i was not too sure of my tenure of stay in US at that point. He was too rude in answering my question on financing. His replies were like, 1. You need to see how much u can afford.. I don't think that's the way u talk to a customer. Finally, I said i will get back to him in a day of 2 and his reply was the worst.. Next time u come here, come prepared. I never understood what that meant. Anyway Ruben. I was nice to hear back from you. I hope this feedback will help you resolve the matter.

Please note, I was in touch with Nitin Bassi and Vipin Rishi and both were very courteous and helpful. Too bad, the day i visited the showroom Vipin was on weekly off. I also visited the new car department and spoke to Marcia Dietrick She is a very kind lady and very helpful. I wanted to know the price of new Civic Coupe and she helped me with the same. That was the only positive from my visit to your showroom.

Sujaypadiyar, I completely agree with everything that you have commented on in your above statement, about your experience here. I can at the same time understand your position on- not wanting us to beat a dead horse (pardon the expression), about us learning more about your initial experience with our dealership. I am actually quite intrigued to find out that you did have a pleasant and memorable experience with Marcia Dietrick a New Car Sales Consultant. I ultimately would of preferred for you to have worked with Nitin Bassi, Vipin Rishi, or Marcia Dietrick-- primarily for the following reason. If you can please take the time to read over some of our other Dealer Rater Reviews- the names that you mentioned are glowing DCH Academy Honda employees that strive for excellence everyday. I respect everything that you have stated, and at the same time I want you to understand that our Dealership takes PRIDE in our Dealer Rater Reviews. Your comments would currently be a negative reflection of how you strive to do business on a everyday scenario. I would never ask you to adjust your score unwillingly, but I would like to understand that there are other employees that do strive for excellence here. Your current review never once mentioned the pleasant experience you experienced with our dealership. I would not want other members to be alarmed off due to an employee not working to full potential. Please rest assure that your concerns have been addressed with the highest levels of management here at the Dealership because we actually strive for excellence and believe that Dealer Rater will only make us better.
