Thanks Ruben. I understand that John hasn't worked there in a while, and there's probably good reason for that. I would have posted this whole thing earlier if I knew about this site. With regards to the window sticker, it was mostly John taking care of that. I think Renee was involved at some point. Someone was supposed to order it from Honda and there was a huge email trail, and the sticker was supposed to be mailed to me...nothing came out of it. With regards to the oil change card, there is no confusion. I never got the card. Plain and simple. When I went in for the oil change, I tried to get the card, but kept getting deflected between the sales floor and the service people. I don't have time for that...I just get my oil changed at the quick lube places now anyway.

I have requested a Duplicate Window Sticker directly from Honda and it should be here very soon. As soon as the Window Sticker is in my possession I will reach out to you. If it is not too much to ask- DCH Academy Honda is always going to stand by our customer's side and at the same time we are glad that you posted something on Dealerrater.com so that it can be brought to the attention of a Manager that can resolve your remaining concerns.
