Best Acura service department ANYWHERE! Kirollos aka “K” was our service representative this time around at DCH Acura of Temecula. As always, K was absolutely great! We scheduled our vehicle Kirollos aka “K” was our service representative this time around at DCH Acura of Temecula. As always, K was absolutely great! We scheduled our vehicle for service at the last minute with the service manager Chad Sobek (by the way, the best service manager anywhere), and K took it from there. Kirollos has been our service representative most of the time we go in for service, and I just can’t say enough abut his professionalism, commitment to taking care of his clients, work ethic and knowledge of Acura vehicles. We have been servicing our vehicles at DCH Acura Temecula for over 16 years, and prior to Kirollos, Chad Sobek was our service representative before his well deserved promotion to service manager. Although Chad still remains engaged with assisting customers with their service needs directly at times, Kirollos has been a tremendous asset and representative of the 5 star service he and this department provides their clients. The Acura corporation needs to really to pay attention to efforts these two gentlemen put forth for customers and their commitment at the dealership in providing the best service anywhere! More

I would put zero stars if I could!! Horrible. I must say that in all of the years I have been buying cars (over 35) I have never had an experience this poor with any business in my life. Anthony Caruso GM was rude and extremely unprofessional in his dealings with us. The car we wanted was advertised at one price and then told later to us that it was a much higher price. Advertised on the internet at the price we were negotiating on and then changed on us as at the last minute before we wanted to buy it. Worst dealership I have ever been in. Ever!!! I will never buy a car from this auto group ever. Rude, nasty people who tell you one thing and then do another. Buyer be very aware here!! I hope the owner will get involved with this mess. He needs to know what his employees are doing to customers. I for one will never be back. More

New Lease Vehicle and Technical Assist Leased a 2019 MDX Advance on Friday, Sep 6th. This replaced a previous 2017 MDX lease with DCH Acura. Was leaning to purchasing current MDX, but the Leased a 2019 MDX Advance on Friday, Sep 6th. This replaced a previous 2017 MDX lease with DCH Acura. Was leaning to purchasing current MDX, but the dealership made such an incredible deal on the new MDX my wife couldn't pass it up (she drives the car the most). Kevin and Ron were fabulous to work with, and Kevin even stayed way past his normal work hours to swap over roof rack crossbars I purchased separately (now that's great customer service)! One issue, the second key fob wasn't fully functioning, and again, Ron and Brad in service went out of their way to make it right, dropping everything they were doing and getting us a new fob and re-programming the car and fobs. Andy in finance was professional and efficient and would highly recommend DCH Acura! More

We truly appreciate Kirollos Shehata's professionalism and attention to detail. K went above and beyond to ensure the service on our Acura was completed within 24 hrs. No matter what type of service we need, DCH Acura of Temecula always exceeds our expectations. We also recently celebrated the 10th year anniversary of purchasing our Acura. The best dealership ever! I wish I could give 100 stars to this dealership. They are hands down THE best, kindest, most wonderful dealership I have ever associated with in my e I wish I could give 100 stars to this dealership. They are hands down THE best, kindest, most wonderful dealership I have ever associated with in my entire life. To have me be able to get low payments with only $200 down on a 10 year old used car, they took a big amount of the price of this used car (over $2000 off the selling price) so they could have me be able to afford it. They are a dealership that is not heartless and greedy like most other dealerships. They care about people more than they do money. I will from now on come back to this dealership for my future car purchases and will be telling everyone I know to come here. I am so thankful and blessed to have worked with this dealership. I am very thankful to have worked with Andy from finance and with Ron from Internet Sales. I give them 200% on customer service and doing their job to the very best and even beyond that.
