Not only did our sales guy Bernard and Wilson help me find financing but they actually cared about getting me approved for something that was safe and reliable. Driving off in my 2013 Honda Civic with a smile on my face!!!! Definitely coming back to this dealer when I'm ready to get another car!!!! Excellent Staff and Customer Service! After visiting a few dealers in the area, my husband and I went to North Brunswick DCH thinking we were going to be treated poorly as the other ones ( After visiting a few dealers in the area, my husband and I went to North Brunswick DCH thinking we were going to be treated poorly as the other ones (Princeton being the worst) but we were pleasantly surprised when we got excellent service. The vibe was completely different. From the second we were greeted by the sales person Arnaud to the GSM Lisa asking if we were being helped, they went above and beyond for us and they were extremely helpful and courteous. The entire process was very pleasant and we really enjoyed working with them. It goes a long way when you are treated right especially at a car dealer. I will recommend Toyota and especially this dealer to all my friends and family. I think the GSM and other managers are doing an excellent job, treating their staff the right way because the sales people are amazing there. Very well done! More

RUDE "BUSINESS MANAGER" Not a good experience. After inspecting and test driving the van, my husband and I were ready to make a deal. We were told by a finance guy that befor Not a good experience. After inspecting and test driving the van, my husband and I were ready to make a deal. We were told by a finance guy that before any deals could be discussed our credit had to be run (red flag). We reluctantly agreed. Now a rude business manager (wish I remembered his name) came and told us we're approved and gives us the numbers. I ask if the #s are based on the sticker price and he says yeah. I tell him we were under the impression there was room for negotiations, he flatly says "no but I'm sure there are 1 or 2 dealers around with a lower price that you can check out" I said ok and we got up to leave. He says "can I ask why you're not getting the vehicle. I thought u were interested" I say "we were but again we thought we could negotiate" He asked our # I told him and he said "yeah you're way off" I said ok and we left. He didn't even try to counter with another offer. He was just SOOO arrogant and condescending!!!! He clearly couldn't care less whether or not we bought the van. Won't go back there bc of that guy! Must say Reagan and Lisa were very nice. More

Stranded on Route 1 I was on my way to DCH North Brunswick to complete a trade for my 2007 Camry I named Sheeba. On the way, Sheeba had a temper tantrum and died on Route 1. Bernard came to my rescue! I wanted a 2010 Camry and left with a 2014 Camry with very low miles! Horrible Experience i have a very unpleasant experience at the north Brunswick Toyota dealership. i went to buy a car from them. they will treat you nice way as long as t i have a very unpleasant experience at the north Brunswick Toyota dealership. i went to buy a car from them. they will treat you nice way as long as they you agreed on their price. once you disagreed with them, they will start treating you like a shit. especially their manager Lisa is very loud mouth and disrespectful person and also having very bad attitude. if they said come to shop we will talk and make a deal face to face don't trust them they will just waste your time. their are many dealers around who treat you nice way and try to make a deal happened even if you disagreed with their price. so i would suggest to try any other dealer than north brunswick toyota. you can easily get far better deal outside than north brunswick toyota. Dont even try to waste your time here More
