This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. All employees I came in contact had a serious “I really don’t care attitude “. More
