WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO....BEWARE....SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS....WE GOT AN INTERNET QUOTE ON A 2016 TOYOTA TACOMA LIMITED....I HAD IT IN WRITING...I DID A KBB TRADE QUO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS....WE GOT AN INTERNET QUOTE ON A 2016 TOYOTA TACOMA LIMITED....I HAD IT IN WRITING...I DID A KBB TRADE QUOTE ON LINE AS THE SALESMAN TOLD ME TO....HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE THE KBB PRICE FOR OUR TRADE WHICH WAS A 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAILHAWK....PURCHASED NEW WITH A STICKER PRICE OF $42,000.00....THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD ONLY GIVE $24,000.00 FOR THE TRADE....KBB WAS BETWEEN $27,000.00 -$29,000.00.....THE JEEP IS IMMACULATE....THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO DISCOUNT THE TACOMA $3,000.00....IT HAD A STICKER PRICE OF $41,000.00....WE DROVE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE....WE WERE DEFINITELY LEAVING WITH THIS TACOMA WITH ALL THE INFO THEY AGREED TO OVER THE INTERNET & PHONE....SO, LONG STORY SHORT, THEY HAD US THERE 4 HOURS & NO DEAL....THEY GAVE US A PRICE OF ABOUT 3K-4K LOWER THAN KBB.....THEY OFFERED $24,000.00....I FINALLY GOT THEM TO GIVE US $25,000.00 FOR IT....THE SALESMAN WE WERE WORKING WITH, HIS NAME WAS STANHOPE.....HE TOLD US WHEN WE CAME IN THAT HE WAS A MANAGER & HE WOULD BE DOING OUR DEAL....COME TO FIND OUT AFTER WE LEFT HE WAS JUST A CLIENT ADVISOR....NO MANAGER.....HE LIED TO US THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE VISIT.......SO, WHEN HE BROUGHT US THE DEAL....HE WAS HOPING WE DIDNT CATCH IT BUT HE HAD ON THE PAPERWORK, $2,100.00 FOR ACCESSORIES????
