Needed a Reliable Car I was in need of a reliable car because the transmission blew in the car that I owned. Not only was Rupert smiling the whole time that I was there, he also worked tirelessly to get me a 2010 Camry with much of the feature that I didn't even know I wanted (and I'm glad that I have) at a price that I could afford. I went for Toyota Safety Recall service. I took appointment with my name. When I reached their person scanned my VIN# using electronics device. I show my safety recall notice. I was waiting in waiting area for 4 hours and later on I went to service rep and told my name but there is no name on their list. I gave my car details and found it with the name who purchased prior to me from their dealership. Car was ready 1-1/2 hour before but they are calling wrong name(prior owner).They didn't check any name or anything before taking my car. More

We wanted to buy the new RAV4 and called several dealerships inquiring about the trim and color combination that my wife liked. Right on the phone, folks at the DCH Brunswick Toyota were very frien dealerships inquiring about the trim and color combination that my wife liked. Right on the phone, folks at the DCH Brunswick Toyota were very friendly and promised to deliver the best service. We arrived at the dealership at about 5PM on Saturday and were greeted by Patrick Hughes. I must say that Pat is a great guy and it was a great pleasure to work with him. Although we had researched the vehicle online and pretty much knew what we wanted yet there were things that we did not consider or were not aware of. As we looked through the vehicle inventory and options, Pat answered all our questions and went over various aspects of the vehicle. There was a limited time before the closing and we were concerned about being rushed through. However, Pat was patient and made us very comfortable. It was clear from the start that he was interested in helping us to make the right decision and not just sell a car. When we decided to make the purchase, he put all paperwork in high gear and made the entire deal a smooth transaction. The vehicle was ready for us to take home that night. By the time we were done it was about 9PM and bitter December cold outside. We are so glad that we went to DCH Brunswick Toyota.
