I was looking to lease & had been to 4 other dealers- NIssan (rogue), Volkswagen (tiguan), Kia (sportage) & Mazda (cx-5). My friend suggested I try Toyota before making a decision. Not only were they able to come up with the lowest price on a wonderful car (Venza LE), but they did so with the utmost professionalism coupled with courtesy, kindness and respect. I know this because I went to 2 other Toyota dealers after DCH to see if this is how Toyota treats their customers or just DCH Brunswick Toyota. IT IS JUST DCH Brunswick Toyota! They are the BEST! The other dealers said "they couldn't even come CLOSE" to DCH Brunswick's price and they assured me "it was a one day deal- when I went back I wouldn't be able to get that deal"- THEY WERE WRONG! When I came back the second time to finalize my lease they treated us EXACTLY as when we were there the first time, the 'deal' was still in place. When I was finalizing the paper part of the lease, Diego Valencia treated my mother & I with the same amount of courtesy, kindness & respect. I know I keep repeating myself, but if you had the experience I had at the above mentioned dealers, you would understand why I am doing so. I would tell anyone looking to buy or lease a car to RUN to DCH Brunswick Toyota and see Carlos Puerta for a GREAT experience and a wonderful vehicle! Try them- you will not be sorry you did! John was very knowledgeable in the vehicle we ended up buying on the same day. John explained everything so smoothly such as the process on what we would go through and how all the financials and warranties works. John was instrumental in negotiating a "best deal" with his advisors to ensure we the customers both my wife and I were satisfied with the price and vehicle we were getting. John's best interest was to make sure we were satisfied and and happy with our purchase. This my friends was the most pleasant dealership I have ever been to and walked away with a smile and happiness on our new buy. It was our first experience with this dealership. We were really glad we drove there all the way from Brooklyn, NY. We couldn't even get a test drive in Brooklyn, we were told to wait 3 days.
