I did not really have any high expectations about DCHToyota but thanks to the sales consultant Rupert Palmer, I was able to walk away with a 2009 Toyota RAV4 and I love it!! Mike came out to the car in his shirt to make a final effort, it was a cold day and this impressed me. Although I did not buy that day. I called Rupert the next day and he checked with Mike and we had a deal. Oscar was great to deal with even got me to take the extended warranty , when over I detail what it covered and why I should buy it .Oscar when he found out that I had rental car and could not pick up my Prius until I returned it. He called enterprises and arranged for them to give me a ride so I could drive my new car home. Oscar told me that if I had a problem getting a ride back from enterprise he would come and get me. This is the second new car in purchased from DCH north Brunswick, and plan on making another purchase in two years. More
