I just came in from California to accompany my sister to look for her first car. My sister is very excited but very nervous and anxious with a car purchase. We went very early to the dealer but does not open not until 9am so we were just looking around in the lot for anything we can check the prices on, when Ray Medina came out of the showroom, greeted us with his friendly smile , offered to help us and asked us what we were looking for. From the start Ray was very professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable in our search for the right car for my sister. I, myself has never like dealing with any car salesman but I felt trust on Ray that he will help us to get a good price for a car we did decide to purchase. He did not pressure us into buying, anything. He showed us whatever we want to see. when we decided to buy a used car, he helped us get the best deal( at least that's what I believed) He showed me the Kelly blue book value on this car. Got us a low financing and helped us get insurance coverage right there and then. He was very patient with my sister, explaining the financing, the features of the car. What amazes me the most was that Ray willingly drove me to the airport to catch my flight back to California because I was going to take a train to get there but I may get there late. That was an extraordinary gesture and I tell you a good deed will never be forgotten. I always believe that "People will not always remember what you said but will always remember how you made them feel" I can tell you this, He will continuously be blessed and be successful with his career and whatever he does.
