The finance work was done quickly and efficiently, and I wasn't pressured into anything. Ray was great, he called me multiple times afterward to be SURE I was happy with the car and to ask if I needed anything else. I've never gotten this level of service from anyone before, ever! I would suggest this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. More

The first time I walked into DCH Brunswick Toyota was on a whim and out of frustration. The end result was anything but. Rafael Bertolucci was the first to approach me, and was patient, knowledgeable, and a whim and out of frustration. The end result was anything but. He was able to ask the right questions, in order to understand, and ultimately help me figure out, the best vehicle to suit my daily driving needs. He was able to break down all of the costs that would go into purchasing either a new RAV4 or Prius, as well as all of the current costs going into my almost 200,000 mile 4Runner. After much deliberation and a second visit back, I ultimately decided that the only option that made economic sense was the (much) more fuel-efficient Prius. Unfortunately the dealership didn't have the model and color I was looking for, but both Rafael and Alan were able to find the car at another dealership and arranged to have it sent, in order to make sure all of my needs were met. The car arrived in exactly the time promised, and as the final step in the process, Patrick was able to quickly and efficently process both my trade and purchase. I brought a new Toyota Venza from this dealership. The Sales person Rafael Bertolucci was very kind patient and intelligent. In fact he saved the deal, my wife initally wanted to buy the Rav4 but was not Sales person Rafael Bertolucci was very kind patient and intelligent. Rafael took some time to understand exactly what she was looking for and suggested the Venza. My wife fell in love with the Venza and so did I. Rafael went above and beyond to give us the best deals and coupons for July 4th ( very rare for a car Sales Person to do). We are very Happy with this vehicle . In case you intend to buy one I would recommend working with Rafael, he is young new and more open minded than other Sales Personnel in other locations. More

His involvement is terrific and what a calm and matured handling. He walked with me personally to all the models that were displayed and finally explained all the features of the car I selected and also demonstrated the use of each feature in order to have the full cofidence while driving a new car. My experience with these guys was awful. I had many phone conversations with them in which they assured me that they had the car I wanted. After calling yet again to confirm this I took a train to Nor phone conversations with them in which they assured me that they had the car I wanted. After calling yet again to confirm this I took a train to North Brunswick to pick it up, and they didn't have it, and couldn't get it. The manager was rude and dismissive. They didn't offer any help or alternatives. When I asked them to help me get back to the station, the manager googled cab companies and said "try calling one of these". The shining exception to this abuse was one of the sales people, Robin Everett, who was very considerate and decent, and, in fact, he gave me a ride to the station and apologized for the waste of my time, something that no one else did. He was the only competent or civil person I encountered at this horrible place. I will never go back. More
