I was looking for Camry and Rafal showed us the all Camry variant and explained the features of different models.. Now after that we discussed about pricing and trade in.. They quoted me reasonable value (keeping their profit in mind) but after negotiation, they increased the value for my Trade in. Now for new Camry also i got HUGE discount and i can proudly say that i got my Camry SE with power seat (On road including tax , registration and everything) much low price compare to what True value or KBB saying on website... I must say i had really really good deal. and Alan, Rafal was very helpful throughout the negotiation and they never forced and showed tactics which other dealership show while selling car. It was pleasant experience buying my new 2012 Camry SE and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Mike and Carl provided nothing but great experience for my family. I brought my Prius in because I had to jump start it and afterwards several lights going off including check engine and a red exclamation point. There was also decreased performance. I brought it in on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and felt I was met with some rudeness, which is understandable before the long weekend, but I would have appreciated a little bit more congeniality. I was very stressed and worried about my car. They at first told me to go home and come back Tuesday but I barely thought I would be able to drive there much less home. With a little persuasion they took it but refused to give me a loaner despite there being two there. On Saturday they called me and told me they had a tech on it all day and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and that they'd have to wait for their hybrid expert to come in after the long weekend. After the weekend everything changed and DCH became very communicative and very pro-active and amazing. They called me first thing Tuesday morning around 9:30am and told me it was just the 12v battery but the car needed a bunch of routine stuff (which I knew) and I told them to go ahead and get everything done that it needed to be done as I love my car and want it to be running for a long time. Yanni called me again later that afternoon and told me they did everything but still got the warning but the warning light was still on and that a cell was dead in the hybrid battery and that it ALSO needed replaced. This is the last thing a hybrid owner wants to hear, especially when you're 12,000miles over warranty. I don't know how, but I'm eternally grateful to DCH because they not only got the hybrid battery there the next day, but I didn't have to pay for it or the installation, just the shipping and handling. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Yanni kept me up to date on the whole process. Originally they told me my car wouldn't be ready til Friday, but it was ready on Wednesday. I can't recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota enough. More

He is courteous, enthusiastic, and willin genuinely interested in what I was looking for, instead of trying to sell me something that I didn't need.
