I had shopped around for a smaller SUV at another dealership,(not a Toyota) however, I was not satisfied with the salesman,and the actual dealership was in such a mess, sales people "running around l dealership,(not a Toyota) however, I was not satisfied with the salesman,and the actual dealership was in such a mess, sales people "running around like a chicken w/o a head..... and could not answer my questions..plus I'd had previously bought two cars from this dealership. I then went on line and looked at DCH for a Toyota Rav4 and Andrea Nieves answered my e-mail and made several calls to me. I usually don't like all these calls, but she was very gracious to me and never gave-up to get me into DCH! I was extremely happy that she continued to make the calls to bring to my attention the sales going on at DCH. She referred me to Hamza Imtiaz who also was extremely pleasant to me, I felt right at home talking with him, joking around and he answered all my questions (sometimes the same questions). I even asked him about the DCH Brunswick business and he filled me in on the owners and the business. I was very pleased, more than you'll ever know, how I feel this is family to me, that everyone truly cares about the customer......yes, I would and already have been bragging to my family & friends about DCH Brunswick!
