We started our car shopping online and our first contact was Larry Hart who emailed the price for several cars that we requested, he followed up with us through emails and phone calls. In fact, it took longer to go through the cars many features than it did to sign and close the deal. DCH has all five star ratings from customers for a good reason: customer service. The old fashioned kind. Example: I traveled an hour by train from New York City to visit DCH, and my salesperson Rafal insisted on picking me up at the train station!
