I just bought a used mini-van at DCH the day before yesterday. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They were patient to answer my questions and were not pushy at all. No one likes to go car shopping - the anxiety and stress of dealing with a sales person. Well - I have finally changed my tune .... Alan Carter and Ray Medina are terrific. They were full of smiles and treated me like I had known them forever. They were so helpful in working with me to meet my budget. They worked quickly to understand my needs and made suggestions on what would work for me and my lifestyle. Ray and Alan made me feel very comfortable and were really great when I told them I wanted to think about it over the weekend. Ray called me Monday morning (before I could call him) and I finalized the deal over the phone. I came back a few days later to pick up my new car. Even though Ray was super busy that night, he took a lot of time to explain the car with me to make sure I understood all of the screens and where everything was. He was extremely helpful. Alan continually checked in with me to make sure my experience was a positive one. Overall, I give Ray and Alan a 5 star rating ... I don't think they could have done much more to make it a great experience. More

(Not sure of the spelling of their names but going from memory I think Abood or something like that was the second person and Saeed was the third person. All three were excellent. First, Darile was very knowledgable about the cars and was patient throughout the whole process of answering questions. Second, Abood was very personable and listened to the cost concerns during the disclosure, and third Saeed was thorough when presenting the car and answered all questions. The professionalism, respect, and kindness was evident in all three individuals and made this a terrific experience. Prior coming to this Toyota dealeship, had come from another dealership where noone acknowledged or came forward to greet or whatever. When arrived at this dealership, was pleasantly surprised as everything went very smoothly and I am now very happy with my purchase and the whole experience from this customer's point of view. More

After this purchase experience I would not mind helping a friend or family member with it as I know if I visit DCH and Mr. Narang, the price would be the lowest and customer service experience the highest. On the day of delivery, Mr. Narang went an extra mile and came half way to my house to pick me up as it was a week day and I could not find a ride to the dealership. This is what I call great service! I would recommend everyone who are looking out for a good deal to visit DCH in North Brunswick (On Route 1 North) and meet Mr. Narang. You would be glad you took that decision. More

I know my car’s “diagnosis” was frustrating but I knew that you were doing everything you could-you stayed in touch you let me know what was happening-and that’s immensely helpful (& calming!). Thank you so much- while I have to say, I’m not thrilled with my car at the moment for putting me through the ringer I am thrilled with DCH’s service…and when I decide I want a new car I’ll definitely be coming to you guys first.
