We decided to look into a used Camry and lucked out finding a beautiful one in the price range we could afford. The group of guys we worked with were very patient with our questions and worked with us on the price for the used car and the amount we were able to get for our trade in. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend family and friends to DCH Toyota and especially these men. Thank you! We love our "new" car! More
I was really impressed with this dealer and the above mentioned employees - Alan Carter and Ray Medina - from the moment I walked through the door. Alan greeted me and asked me if I was being helped. when I said no, he asked me what I would like to do and I said I wanted to make an inquiry about a new mini van. He immediately got Ray to sit with me. From the start of the process to the finish, I could sense the genuinness of both of them and once I found out I was going to buy a Toyota Sienna, I told them what my budget was and they were willing to work with me. I was not pressured in any way but was treated like a person and not just another number and that meant alot to me and I dare say that they've just won another customer for LIFE by their honesty, customer service and their "going over and beyond customer expectations" attitude. I work in a service industry as well and I know the essence of true customer service. If I could rate them 150%, I would. Great job guys and you're the real reason why DCH has done well and keep doing well. For what's worth, I hope this gets to your leadership at DCH as you should be truly recognized for your hard work and attention to customer needs. To say the least, as much as it takes a lot to impress me, I was REALLY IMPRESSED! Needless to say I walked out with a Brand New Toyota Sienna 2012! More

For a first time new car buyer this was definitely a good experience. The people who I dealt with were very accomodating & sometimes go out of their way to do so. My fiancee and I went to DCH Toyota Dealership to look for a vehicle and we were approached by Ray Medina a sales consultant. Once my fiancee and I had made a decision on what vehicle we were looking for which was a 2012 ScionTC, he sat us down and we had went over the payment options which were very much affordable. Once the paperwork was completed by Ray Medina we sat with Alan Carter, Sales Manager. Alan Carter reviewed the paperwork and everything was ready to go the Financial Department. Once the paperwork was completed at the Financial Department, Ray Medina went over all the options that the car has. He spent alot of valuable time with us going over the car which made us feel very happy and very comfortable! The overall rating that we would give DCH Toyota and the salesman Ray Medina and there financial staff is over and beyond 100%! The over all employeees are helpful, generous, and made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend any friends, family and others to shop at DCH Toyota! Thank you to all! More

After I was sent a coupon to purchase touchup paint, I went to the parts department, where the person I dealt with, Bud, tried to convince me that I should buy a bottle that was not labeled with the color went to the parts department, where the person I dealt with, Bud, tried to convince me that I should buy a bottle that was not labeled with the color of my car, because Toyota is always changing the names of the colors and they're all the same anyway (I have cosmic grey mica, he tried to sell me magnetic grey). I had to insist on ordering the correct color. When I complained to the manager (Richard) about this, he said he would have fun speaking to Bud about my complaint, and said that I had gone to the wrong department with my coupon, as it said that I should go to the body shop not the parts department (not true). As far as I'm concerned, if they can't handle the simplest transaction (buying a crummy 6 dollars worth of touchup paint) without lying to, irritating, and frustrating a customer, I'll take my business elsewhere. More
