Ray Medina sent me an email thanking me for using Toyota's service department. He also said I should contact him if I was interested in purchasing a new car and reducing my monthly payments. I did co Toyota's service department. He also said I should contact him if I was interested in purchasing a new car and reducing my monthly payments. I did contact him and he worked up a price for a 2011 Prius which lowered my monthly payments by $100.00. Ray and Alan Carter gave me and my husband superb customer service, and that is one of the reasons this is my fourth or fifth Toyota car. The whole experience and everyone we worked with were all excellent. Ray followed up with all our phone calls and answered our questions. He was excellent to work with and we will recommend him and DCH Brunswick Toyota to our friends. More

Ray & Dave were tremendously helpful from the minute I walked in the door to the delivery of the car.
