The sales consultant with whom I worked, Ray Medina, is by far the most amiable, helpful, knowledgable and patient car salesman that I have ever encountered. From the first day that I met him, in October 2011, I knew that I would buy a car from him. On that day, he spent 2.5 hours showing and test driving cars with me, carefully explaining hybrid technology and all the features of the Prius and the Camry hybrid. Since I was considering a few of the 2012 models, including the Prius, Prius V, and the Camry hybrid, there were weeks in between my visits to the dealer while we were waiting for the various new models to arrive. Ray kept me posted throughout the process, and then worked diligently to find me the car with the features and the price that I wanted. It took 3 months from that first day in October to the day in January that I finally drove a new Camry hybrid off the DCH lot, but never once did Ray convey impatience or frustration. He was energetic and enthusiastic throughout, and always followed up as promised. And, he clearly works well with his sales manager, Alan Carter, who made a point to always say "hello" to me on my numerous visits, and to thank me for my business. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Even though I had to wait a few minutes to see a sales person since I arrived at noon, they offered me water and engaged me in conversation ab smile. Hamsa was the young gentlemen that sold me the car. He crunched numerous numbers for me until I found an amount that was affordable for me that matched a vehicle that I liked. I truly appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions and showing me the basics and amenities of the cars I test drove. The next person I interacted with was Russell the manager. Again, Russell was just as professional and courteous as everyone else I met that day. I made it clear that I didn't want my overall payment to exceed a certain amount but that there were certain extras that I wanted.
