We were so pleasently suprised on how friendly and outgoing the people were at the dealership. I will highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Ray was very friendly and informative. He answer all our questions with patience and always a good attitude. We went to other dealers that had explained to us, that because of the situation in Japan it was questions with patience and always a good attitude. We went to other dealers that had explained to us, that because of the situation in Japan it was going to be difficult to get the color we wanted. Some of them didn't even want to take the time to find out it the color was available. Ray was the opposite. He explain what the situation was but took the time to find what we wanted. He worked for us and never seem to be annoyed by it. Always with a smile and very polite. He also had to deal with his manager Alan. Who was also very pleasant. The day we picked up the car (while my husband did the paper work ) I had Said (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) explained everything I need it know know about the car and more. We were refered to this dealership by a friend and told to ask for Lisa. She was very kind, helpful and informative. We did not know what excatly we were looking for or how much we were willing to spend to ask for Lisa. She was very kind, helpful and informative. We did not know what excatly we were looking for or how much we were willing to spend but she helped us find what we thought we were looking for no matter how many times we changed our minds. She then gave us to Ray to show us the cars even though we changed our minds from buying used to new in the middle of our visit they had no problem "starting" the whole process of finding and showing us the cars again. Ray knew the answer to every question we had and even told us extra info we didnt know we needed to know. He had knowledge of every car that we were looking at or just talking about. He told us all the pros of the cars that we were looking at, and how they would work well for our family or how they might now work well. He helped us to find what we needed to make life easier. Every thing was covered, explained, and shown to us for the whole car. And everything that we had a concern or question with was addressed. We left with a brand new car and we felt comfortable the whole time, never once feeling rushed or taken advantage of. We would highly recomend that anyone wanting to buy a car go here.
